Standard lawn maintenance service
Home maintenance is our primary CHSP service
Where additional work is approved, any applicable costs are discussed with the client in advance.
Each standard visit includes:
- Lawn mowing
- Edging
- Blowing paths and driveway areas clean
Additional work and service requests
Any work outside the standard lawn maintenance service must be requested directly through Disability Care Solutions before it is carried out.
Clients should contact Disability Care Solutions if they would like to request additional gardening, home maintenance, rubbish removal, tip runs or any other work outside the normal scheduled lawn service.
Contractors are not authorised to undertake additional work unless it has first been approved by Disability Care Solutions.
Where additional work is approved, any applicable costs will be discussed with the client in advance. Large or non-routine jobs may require a separate quote.
Other costs
- Tip or disposal fees are to be covered by the client where applicable.
- Materials and supplies required for approved home maintenance work are to be covered by the client where applicable.
- Any additional costs should be discussed and agreed with the client before they are incurred.
Financial hardship
Clients experiencing financial hardship can contact Disability Care Solutions to discuss their circumstances and available contribution arrangements.
